Obituary
In Loving memory of Manuel R. Hernandez at 92, the love of my life and best friend passed away peacefully June 14, 2025, at home surrounded by his family. Manuel was diagnosed with Dementia four years ago and then suffered a stroke May 18, 2025 and was not able to recover from it.
He was an outdoors, ocean-loving, social person, who loved his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Manuel asked that he be remembered for the joy he brought to others in life and not the sadness of his passing. He survived by his wife Charlotte, 2 brothers, 4 daughters (Lucia, Teresa, Sandy and Glendora), 2 stepchildren (Robert and Cheryl), 12 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
A private ceremony will be held for the immediate family only at the VA Korean Cemetery in Santa Nella. A Celebration of Life will take place at his home in Aug or early Sept. Date and time
will be announced later.
