Wilhelmina “Willie” Martin, Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Godmother, and Aunt passed away peacefully on August 16, 2014 in Fresno, CA.
Willie will be dearly missed but will live forever in the hearts of her family, friends and all that knew her. We will hold in our hearts the memory of her beautiful smile, her wonderful sense of humor and kind heart.
She is preceded in Death by her loving husband, Robert K. Martin, her son Michael John Martin, her parents Vital and Diolinda Silva, sister Cecelia Marks, and brothers Victor Silva and Joseph Silva.
She is survived by sons Robert (Mae) Martin of Ohio and Duane (Jill) Martin of Los Banos, daughter Rosanne (Randy) Dodson of Fresno, five grandchildren, Greg Martin, David Martin, Allison Martin, Kirsten Martin, and Melody Martin, as well as five great-grandchildren.
Willie’s family would like to express their sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Nazareth House for the loving care they provided.
Services will be held at Whitehurst Chapel in Los Banos Friday August 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
