Troy Richard Mosby a long time resident of Firebaugh quietly passed from this life on Sunday, August 24, 2014 at his residence in Firebaugh. He was 78.
Troy was born January 7, 1936 in Bristow, OK the son of John and Rachel (Morgan) Mosby.
Troy is being in this area for 70 years. He married Dolores “Dodye” Brown in 1954 in Madera, CA. He was a farmer. Troy was a member of the Firebaugh Service Club and The Rock Church.
He enjoyed family time and loved spending time with his grandkids. He will be deeply missed and remembered lovingly by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and a grandson Christopher.
He is survived by his four children; Terry Gongora, Paula Mosby, Richard Mosby and Celeste Evans, many nephews, nieces and a host of friends.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday , August 28, 2014 at 11:00 am at The Rock Church in Dos Palos. Burial at the Dos Palos Cemetery District.
