A Ofelia le sobreviven dos hijos; David (Irma) Santoyo y Abel Tovar, una hija; Silvia (Ernesto) Castillo. Nietos; Leticia Santoyo, David Santoyo, Jr., Jaime Santoyo, Alicia Santoyo, Yosimi Bautista, Liliana Castillo, Myra Liny Castillo, Ernesto Castillo, Jr., Isabel Tovar y siete bisnietos.
