Armando Ordunez, 66, passed away on March 4, 2016 surrounded by his loving family.
Armando, a long time resident of Los Banos, proudly served his country in Vietnam before moving to Merced to become a Barber until his retirement in 2010.
Armando is preceded in death by his parents, Amador and Victoria Ordunez and his granddaughter Ashley Arcadia.
He is survived by his loving wife of over 30 years, Lupe Ordunez; his brother Sam Ordunez; Sisters: Mary (Gary) Hutsell of Los Banos, Cathy Guerrero and Maria Delgado of Stockton. His children Rene (Shawn) Arcadia, Armando (Sandy) Ordunez Jr., Chris (Noelle) Ordunez, and Desiree Ordunez of Merced; Eddie Ordunez and Alex Grijalva of Los Banos; Ernie, and David Grijalva and Sam Aguirre of Brawley. Also his 21 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 14, 2016 from 9:30 am-11:30 am with services
beginning at 11:30 am at Whitehurst Funeral Chapel, 1840 S. Center Ave., Los Banos.
Services are under the direction of Whitehurst Funeral Chapel~Los Banos.
