Carol Alice Glenn, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016 at her residence in Los Banos, CA. She was 51.
She was born October 11, 1964 in San Jose, CA the daughter of Jack Henry and Barbara (Bowers) Ankele.
Carol was the youngest of seven children. She met the love of her life Gerry and they married on February 3, 1984, having two children, Christopher and Elizabeth who were her world. Carol homeschooled her children for eight years. She always wanted to be a bus driver and in 2003 Carol was employed with Los Banos Unified School District as a bus driver for nine years.
Carol was loving, compassionate and family was everything to her. She will be deeply missed and always loved by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Barbara Banich and Jack Ankele, stepfather Nick Banich, one brother David Michael Ankele.
Carol is survived by her husband, Gerry Glenn, two children; Christopher (Dana) Glenn and Barbara Elizabeth Glenn, three sisters, Suzanne Swett, Donna Chaddock and Karen Hoeflicker, two brothers, John and Robert Ankele and many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and other relatives.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 1, 2016 at 11am at Whitehurst Funeral Chapel of Los Banos. Burial will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 10am at Oak Hill Park in Oakhurst, CA.
