Mary R. Sirsi, 90, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Mary was married to Joseph Sirsi in July 1941, and they spent their first 21 years together at the Palm Lane Dairy. In 1962 Joseph moved her to “town” to live in the custom home he had built for his devoted bride and the love of his life. Mary enjoyed going to the casino, gardening, crafting, cooking, and mostly making precious memories with her loving family. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years, a daughter, and a brother. Mary is survived by 4 daughters, 8 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. On Monday, January 30, 2017, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, the rosary will be recited at 10:00 a.m. and the funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m.; burial will follow at the Los Banos District Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Whitehurst Funeral Chapel~Los Banos.
