Rose passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 17, 2017, at New Bethany Nursing Facility in Los Banos. California. Rose was born on April 18, 1919, in Gustine, California to Frank and Rosalie Tucci. She met and married Tony Carlucci and they raised their family in Dos Palos and Los Banos, California. She was a wonderful homemaker. She loved to cook, garden and help
her husband outdoors, all while raising her family. A special thank you to the Sisters and staff at New Bethany Skilled Nursing Facility for taking great care of Rose.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Tony; son, George; daughter, Carolyn; siblings: brothers, James and Angelo; sisters, Josephine, Millie, Frances, Flora and Eileen.
She is survived by her son, Anthony (Gloria) Carlucci; daughter-in-law, Doris Carlucci; son-in-law, Clifford Evans, sister, Violet Lopes. She was blessed with 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and recently with 3 great, great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2017, beginning with a visitation at 8:30 am at Whitehurst Funeral Chapel. At St. Joseph's Catholic Church the rosary will begin at 9:30 a.m. with Funeral Mass beginning at 10:00 a.m.; burial will follow at the Los Banos Cemetery District.
