Barbara Alice Snyder was the only child of Paul & Iona Snyder.
She was an amazing woman. Kind and thoughtful; if you met her, you liked her. After working for Kaiser Santa Clara for 37 years as an L.V.N. she retired to live her dream. Many times she said that all she wanted from life was to own a piece of California. Angel Acres was her own piece of Heaven on earth. Along with her partner, Ginny and Ginny’s sister Liza they built Angel Acres Horse Hotel and Boarding; where Barbara spent her last 19 years.
Barbara is survived by her partner of 29 years, Virginia Madden, her cousin Susie Hurst and numerous loved ones. Predeceasing her were her parents, Paul & Iona and her cousin James W. (Bill) Latshaw.
A Celebration of Life for Barbara is being held at 11: a.m. on May 7, 2017 at Angel Acres Horse Hotel & Boarding 13357 Volta Rd, Los Banos, CA.
