Daniel Michael Palermo was born in Los Banos to Nicholas Palermo and Angelina Petrocelli. He attended and graduated from Los Banos High School. He enlisted in the army and was honorably discharged.
Danny was the owner of Danny’s Bar & Cocktail Lounge until his retirement. When not working, he loved to go hunting, fishing, and camping as well as catering many events here in Los Banos.
He was preceded in death by a son, Daniel Michael Palermo Jr., grandson, Nicholas Anthony Gomes, his parents, sisters Betty Riccobono and Minnie Bonillas. He is survived by his children, Nick Palermo, Dave Palermo, Janet Gomes, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 9:30 am at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church of Los Banos followed by the Funeral Mass. Burial at the Los Banos Cemetery District. Services are entrusted to Whitehurst Funeral Chapel-Los Banos.
