Tom was born in Stockton, CA to Thomas and Louise Spadafore on November 18th, 1937.
In his early days, Tom worked as a barber then pursued his dreams in the hay business. Tom's dedication and hard work allowed him to own and operate Spadafore Hay. He then passed the business onto his son. After that, Tom worked as a Hay Broker for Bowles Farming and Associated Feed, retiring in 2008. Tom was a respected member of his profession and known for his professionalism and friendship with his customers.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tom was a devoted family man, who loved his family and friends above all else. He was a beloved husband to Pati Spadafore of 61 years, and a devoted father to his two children as well as many others that crossed his path. His big heart made him a cherished and loyal friend to all.

In his free time, Tom enjoyed finding new projects around his home, which brought him so much joy. He also enjoyed driving around his beloved town and keeping up with his friends over a cup of coffee at Ryan's Place. Tom loved cooking for his family and community events. He actively supported and contributed to the 4-H and FFA communities by boarding animals at his home and helping out the kids. While devoting his time to the community, he never failed to make time for his wife and family. Tom and Pati made frequent trips to Pismo where they would visit car shows and he shared his love for old cars and quality time with his family.
