Maria Trinidad "Trini" Regalado, business owner, passed away at the age of 66 in Los Banos, California on May 31, 2021. Trini was born in La Mezquitera Norte Zacatecas, Mexico on March 2, 1955 to Catarino and Olimpia Vidauri. Trini lived in Hollister and moved to Los Banos where she lived for 32 years. Trini opened Trini's Health Foods in 1997 and worked there for 23 years. In 2002 she and her husband, Mike, purchased the Subway next door to her store. Trini is survived by her loving husband of 43 years Mike Regalado, children: Laura Regalado and Miguel Regalado, sisters: Angelina Avila, Leonila Robles and Mercedes Soto and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father Catarino Vidauri, her mother Olimpia Vidauri and her brothers Jose Vidauri and Sergio Vidauri. May Trini rest in eternal peace and know that she will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
