Fran Casella (also known as "Franie") passed away peacefully on December 24, 2024. She was born in Los Banos to Anthony and Mary Patricio. She attended school, married her sweetheart Angelo Casella, and raised a family. She loved spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed reading, walking, and playing tennis and golf.

She is survived by her sister Nini Freitas, sister-in-law Margaret Patricio, children Marianne (Franklin) Peluso, Patrice Reynolds, Judy (Rick) Baca, and John (Char) Casella, and also her grandchildren Joshua (Melissa) Saldana, Jillian (Nick) Alves, Adam Peluso, Ethan Casella, Jeremy Casella, Erin Baca, and great-grandchildren Emily Saldana, Joshua Saldana, and Henry Alves.

A Mass will be held to celebrate Fran's life on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church in Los Banos.
